We believe in a good balance between relaxing and working and our office is fully geared to this, including an in-house gym, supermarket, bar, relaxation area and the tastiest coffee. We are located in an energy-neutral office. We have our own energy supply with over 1,200 solar panels, a completely gas-free office section, smart lighting, electric cars and A++++ energy label.

Vitality

A healthy mind in a healthy body is the basis of success. Our in-house vitality coach will draw up a vitality plan with you, based on a periodic vitality scan. You can use our indoor gym before, during and after working hourse, even in the weekends. A masseur, our vitality weeks and participation in various marathons are also among the options.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Freedom & autonomy

At SYNRG, we believe in autonomy. Both in terms of the content of your work and your working hours and workplace. You can work in the office between 7 am and 8 pm, both in Den Bosch and Rotterdam. And if you prefer to work at home, that's possible too. We trust you to do your job to the best of your ability. Where and how you do this is up to you. The actual result is what counts.

Safety first

Working in the office and in construction should be safe and responsible at all times. We offer all new employees safety training and complement this with VCA training and toolboxes.
