For Happy Italy we realize a turnkey formula. We have the project management assignment for both the hull, via the owner of the building, and for the finishing, via the customer, Happy Italy.
A new life for 50% of old materials
We have been involved in the realization of this new Happy Italy location from the very first pile. The building is realized sustainably. Half of the materials come from the old Happy Italy building and are reused in the new building. In addition, we install solar panels on the roof and the building must meet the BENG standard.
