In good cooperation with Manhave Real Estate we guided the transformation of the cinema into retail shops. The modern architecture enhanced the connection in the dynamic surrounding between the central district and the kruiskade and attracted upmarket tenants.
SYNRG was involved in the setting up the hull structure, therefore we worked closely together with the contractor and the estate owner.
The model was set up in 3D and completed until completion level.
