SYNRG succeeded in a closed tender, the ordinary but tasteful concept of Mediahuis with the integral garden as main element is exactly what the users wanted for their hybrid workspaces.

An enjoyable cooperation with the housing team was the base for an optimal result within the set budget and direction with outlines. Daylight, air and space but also landscaping, are the applied principles for the completion of a sustainable and circular interpretation of the program.

We created the complete look & feel of the appearance, developed the design plan for the feature working within their concepts of collaboration, receive, meet and consider. All these within the scope of sketch till final design.
