The “Parel aan de Schie” is the final piece of the Zuidpoort development of Delft. Enclosed between the historic, monumental university building of Delft and recent, modern apartment buildings and blessed with a beautiful view in the bend of the Schie, the building assembles all forms and influences of the environment into a convincing ensemble.
