We are delighted to have been involved in this project, from the initial design to the successful completion. With an impressive size of 10,500 m², this new Safestore location is currently the largest in the Netherlands.

Making this project cost-effective was a challenge, but with an innovative mindset and making smart design choices, we were able to maximise the available space within the boundaries of the zoning plan. On a plot of just 3,000 m², we created an imposing building spread over four floors.

Safestore Kralingen is part of the development of Nieuw Kralingen Business, a major business park. The fact that the development of this Safestore site was parallel to the development of the entire business park brought challenges due to the involvement of multiple stakeholders and the complex environment.
