The new North Boulevard is the extension of the famous Morales-boulevard, constructed several years ago. Cooperation with the Township of The Hague triggered a total design of buildings and landscape. Special dune plants were introduced on the beach, on the boulevard and on the enormous roof of the building, making this boulevard the greenest boulevard of Europe.

At the end of the Morales boulevard, the new boulevard buildings provide a charming feature on the landscape. Beautiful masonry piers and arches connect chic eateries with a beautiful dune landscape. A three-storey garage with 700 parking spaces has been designed invisibly behind the catering plinth and under the dune roof.
