The Pavilion is the crowning glory of the new boulevard. Wim de Bruijn created a contemporary construction, reflecting the future in an iconic form.
Sitting prominently at the intersection of beach and boulevard, the Pavilion is the bridge between tranquil nature to bustling commerce. The building combines the elegant shapes of the Morales Boulevard with the curved waves of the sea and the shells on the beach.
From the boulevard you enter the pavilion’s enormous terrace that is lifted above the beach and offers a unique, elevated view over the beach. With the community in mind, the interior can host a theatre-restaurant; function space is offered on the large ground floor or smaller first floor with its grand terrace, overlooking the sea.
Hypermodern 3D-techniques were utilized by SYNRG Architects and contractors to construct the curved forms of the steel arches and crown. The building is totally constructed with steel and glass.
The Pavilion is breathtaking in both design and construction engineering.
