Advisors from SYNRG Architects and SYNRG B.V. are working closely together on this project to support and advise the client in coordinating and communicating with tenants, contractors, housing associations, suppliers and other parties involved in order to complete the phased redevelopment and transformation of this outdated shopping center into a success for all parties. The assignment for this started in February 22 and is expected to take several years.

CBRE IM has been the first and sole owner of the retail property since the shopping center was completed in1986 and has the ambition to make it's investment 'Paris proof' in combination with the realization of as many ESG measures as possible, including extensive involvement in social and community initiatives in the shopping center and beyond.
CBRE IM choose to work with SYNRG because their high level knowledge of architecture, retail real estate, (planned) maintenance, property management / real estate management, project management and the lots of experience working in an environment with many stakeholders.
